Sales Executive- Senior B2B At Great Lakes Supply, we're at the forefront of innovation in the multifamily and hospitality sectors, offering cutting-edge HVAC, Appliance and Energy Management solutions to property managers, developers, and hospitality brands nationwide. Uncapped Commission:
Total compensation potential of $70, 000-$250,000+ in Year 1
What You'll Do:
Identify, engage, and close high-value B2B or B2C clients Build and manage a full sales pipeline from prospect to close Conduct compelling presentations, demos, or consultative calls Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership Track all activity in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
What You Bring:
3-7 years of sales experience, preferably in a high-ticket or complex solution environment Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas Strong hunter mentality with exceptional closing skills Comfortable with phone, Zoom, and in-person presentations Tech-savvy and driven by metrics Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
