Job Description

The Advanced Manufacturing Engineering General Assembly Feasibility Lead will be responsible for GA activities across New & MCA programs. The lead will provide direction to manufacturing Feasibility specialists, drive product to design to manufacturing requirements, coordinate internal manufacturing customers with Product team through co-location, & propose alternative product solutions to drive issue closure. The responsibility includes developing Design to Manufacturing proposals to optimize Capex, support future Plant Loading studies, develop and lead Vertical Integration for Make/Buy alignment, develop detailed Process Maps, ensure Feasibility studies are performed in the Plant Environment, lead Change Management meetings to ensure product process and tooling are aligned, and manage General Assembly KPI'S. The GA Feasibility Specialist will make sure the Design to Manufacturing and Feasibility requirements are implemented in the Product Design prior to TKO's. The GA Feasibility Lead will develop high visibility weekly updates to Stellantis management. Duties will include travel to assembly plants to support WPI & Launch activities.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering8+ years of Manufacturing/Product engineering experience, with knowledge of manufacturing/plant operations & Product design.

Strong knowledge of GA manufacturing processes, tooling, carriersStrong written and verbal communications skillsExtremely proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and ExcelStrong organizational/project management skillsStrong knowledge of DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly)Self-motivated and able to successfully achieve results under time pressureAbility to work with all levels of management while establishing and maintaining lines of communicationSuperior teamwork and leadership skills required as well as the ability to handle multiple projects
