Insight Global is looking for a Deployment Leader/Engineer. The Deployment Leader serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the full implementation lifecycle. This individual partners directly with manufacturing clients to understand their operations, configure solutions to fit their workflows, and drive adoption from leadership to the plant floor. This role combines technical implementation, customer success, and operational consulting.
Must Haves:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Computer Science Engineering or related field 2+ years of experience/internship/co-op in manufacturing environment (3+ without degree in metal finishing + ERP/MES exposure) Experience working directly with customers, strong interpersonal skills/strong ownership and accountability Comfortable in plant-floor + executive environments Willing to travel 25-50% (domestically for the most part, but could be asked to support Canada or Australia projects)
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with customers to deeply assess manufacturing processes, including both production and administrative workflows Configure and tailor the software platform to align with customer-specific operational needs and goals Lead end-to-end deployments from initial setup through successful go-live Deliver training to stakeholders across all levels, from executive leadership to plant floor operator Drive strong user adoption by ensuring customers fully understand system functionality and value Support long-term utilization by reinforcing best practices and continuous engagement Own deployment outcomes tied to ARR and customer success metrics Balance time-to-value with quality, ensuring customers quickly realize impact while maintaining long-term satisfaction Proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve deployment outcomes Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support, including calls, emails, texts, and support tickets Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders to create internal champions and advocates Provide ongoing guidance, troubleshooting, and strategic support Identify opportunities to enhance deployment processes, tooling, and training materials Partner closely with Engineering and Product teams to provide customer feedback and influence feature development Contribute to improving cross-functional workflows and overall customer experience
Compensation:
Up to: $90,000 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
•Offers a full benefits package: medical, vision, dental, disability, etc; 3 weeks of vacation annually (prorated for the remainder of 2026 from the start date of the full-time position), 9 paid holidays
