Job Description
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in production. This position requires a strong foundation in industrial engineering principles and experience within a manufacturing facility. The Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that optimize production lines and improve overall operational performance. Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing and engineering processes and procedures to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Implement Lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Collaborate with teams to integrate advanced technologies such as Vision inspection systems and logic controllers into existing processes. Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and develop effective solutions. Oversee the assembly line operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Utilize programming skills to automate processes and improve workflow. Provide training and support to production staff on new equipment and processes. Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement and implement Review and update PFMEA, process control plan and work instructions Lead VDA and IATF compliance measures Launch new program and take ownership of current & future assembly lines.
