Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in production. This position requires a strong foundation in industrial engineering principles and experience within a manufacturing facility. The Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that optimize production lines and improve overall operational performance. Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing and engineering processes and procedures to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Implement Lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Collaborate with teams to integrate advanced technologies such as Vision inspection systems and logic controllers into existing processes. Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and develop effective solutions. Oversee the assembly line operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Utilize programming skills to automate processes and improve workflow. Provide training and support to production staff on new equipment and processes. Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement and implement Review and update PFMEA, process control plan and work instructions Lead VDA and IATF compliance measures Launch new program and take ownership of current & future assembly lines.

Build samples for new program:

check quantities of parts, track parts, establish build plan, review open issues. Implement cost saving ideas. Provide on-site technical support during startup and commissioning of new installations. Develop, interpret and implement policies and procedures. Identify problems and implement cost effective solutions. Maintain safety and quality standards per company rules. Perform other duties are required. Experience Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of proven experience in a manufacturing facility with hands-on knowledge of assembly line operations, test equipment manufacturing and mechanical design experience. Familiarity with Quantum engineering concepts is a plus. Experience with Vision inspection systems is preferred. Strong understanding of logic controllers and their application in manufacturing processes. Demonstrated ability in programming for automation purposes. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing methodologies is highly desirable.
