Pay Range:
$50 - $53/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Shift:
Sunday Thursday overnight shift, 10 PM 6 AM Provide hands-on support for PLC, controls logic, NC/CNC, and HMI systems . Program and troubleshoot Siemens PLCs , including Step 7 and TIA Portal . Troubleshoot electrical and automation issues to minimize production downtime. Support and modify KUKA and FANUC robots , gantries, and automated equipment. Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Configure and troubleshoot sensors, actuators, and industrial control devices. Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives. Provide technical support to maintenance and production teams. Complete shift handoff and end-of-shift documentation.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Key Skills; Controls Engineer , " Automation Engineer", " Siemens" , " PLC" , " TIA Portal" , KUKA , FANUC , Manufacturing , Automotive . Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering , Controls Engineering, or related field . 5 7 years of controls engineering, industrial automation, or manufacturing experience . Strong Siemens PLC experience, preferably Step 7 / TIA Portal . Strong electrical and controls troubleshooting experience. Hands-on experience in a manufacturing/plant/shop-floor environment . Experience with PLCs, HMIs, automated equipment, and industrial controls. Ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and work independently. Automotive manufacturing experience Allen-Bradley PLC experience

This is a highly hands-on plant-floor role . Candidates with primarily project/design/office-based engineering experience and limited hands-on troubleshooting experience will not be a strong fit.
