8:00 AM•4:30 PM Overtime (when required): Starts at 6:00 AM Job Description We are seeking a motivated Engineer / CAD Designer to join our team specializing in custom machine design and manufacturing . This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on engineering experience, strong CAD skills, and a passion for designing and supporting custom automated equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed CAD drawings, assisting with machine layouts, and supporting the engineering and build process from concept through completion. Key Responsibilities Design and modify custom machinery using Autodesk software (AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar) Create detailed part drawings, assemblies, and layouts Work closely with engineering, fabrication, and assembly teams Assist with design improvements, troubleshooting, and revisions Ensure designs meet customer requirements, safety standards, and manufacturing capabilities Support documentation, BOMs, and change management as needed Qualifications Experience in engineering and/or machine design Engineering degree preferred (Mechanical Engineering or related field), or equivalent hands‑on experience Strong proficiency with Autodesk CAD software Experience with custom machine building , automation, or industrial equipment Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Able to work independently and as part of a team
