Manufacturing Engineer Location:

• 105,000 Our client, a well-established automotive manufacturer in Troy, MI, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and improve manufacturing processes, production efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes and production methods Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective corrective actions Support new product launches, tooling, equipment, and process development Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency initiatives Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and related engineering standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field 3-5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably within automotive Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with lean manufacturing / continuous improvement methodologies Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment We thank all candidates for their time.
