At Pursuit Aerospace Tunisia, our Engineering and NPI teams play a key role in transitioning new products from development into robust and efficient manufacturing processes. Position Summary The Machining NPI Engineer is responsible for the industrialization and introduction of new machining products into production. Responsibilities Develop and implement new machining products and manufacturing processes. Define machining sequences, operations, tooling and fixtures requirements. Prepare work instructions, process documents, and tooling requirements. Support CNC programming and machining process development using Mastercam and Siemens NX. Provide technical support for tooling, fixtures, and machining equipment validation/qualification. Support FAI and capability studies to ensure customer requirements are achieved. Support completion of APQP phases and required NPI documentation. Perform machining trials, iterations, process validation, and production process runs. Investigate machining and process-related issues and implement effective solutions. Support shop floor personnel during new product introduction and production launch. Participate in non-conforming product review and provide technical disposition support. Actively participate in and initiate continuous improvement, cost-saving, Kaizen, and EHS activities. Requirements Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering. Good knowledge of CNC machining processes, including milling ,EDM and turning. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, GD&T, tooling designs, and specifications. Knowledge of CNC programming and CAM software, preferably Mastercam and/or Siemens NX. Up to 5 years of working experience in machining/manufacturing. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good level of English and good communication skills.
