Job Description
Entry-level Manufacturing Engineer role focused on production support, yield improvement, process stability, equipment ownership, troubleshooting, and validation activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering 1+ years of engineering experience Experience supporting manufacturing or production operations Experience troubleshooting process, material, or equipment issues Experience with basic testing, validation, or engineering experiments Experience maintaining technical documentation and reports Preferred Skills Medical device experience or exposure Experience with OQ, PQ, or PMV activities Experience supporting yield, labor, throughput, process stability, or continuous improvement initiatives Responsibilities Support daily manufacturing performance, including yield, labor, and throughput Own and maintain assigned equipment, processes, and workstations Troubleshoot process, material, and equipment issues Assist with process improvements and productivity enhancements Conduct basic testing, validation, and engineering experiments Analyze results and provide recommendations Maintain documentation and prepare technical reports Collaborate with R D, Quality, Production, and other cross-functional teams Train operators on manufacturing processes and procedures
