  • Take initiative to go above and beyond Role Summary You will lead the pre-production process by combining engineering skills with manufacturing workflows.
This role focuses on CNC programming, production planning, material takeoffs, and scheduling. You will bridge the gap between design and the shop floor to ensure projects are buildable, accurate, and on time.
Key Responsibilities Project Hand-Off:
Attend kick-off meetings with Project Managers.
Buildability Review:
Assess design plans to ensure they can be efficiently manufactured.
Production Prep:
Create material takeoffs, project machining programs, and cut lists.
Shop Coordination:
Hand off completed programs and cut lists to plant personnel.
Project Management:
Track multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Leadership:
Supervise engineering workflows to ensure high-quality output.
Qualifications and Skills Experience:
2-3 years in casework or fixture manufacturing.
CAD Design:
Fluent in AutoCAD.
Software Skills:
At least 1 year using manufacturing/production software.
Bonus Skills:
Experience with Cut Rite, Revit, or advanced Excel.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, sharp attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
Pay:
From $35.00 per hour
