Job Description
A growing and well-established manufacturing organization in the Howard Lake area is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. This individual will utilize lean manufacturing principles, six-sigma problem solving strategies, and creative design solutions to improve and implement processes that drive continuous improvements throughout the entire facility. This is a hands-on role focused on improving equipment performance, driving efficiency, and supporting new product and automation initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving real-world problems, and making a measurable impact on production and cost. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a team that constantly works to improve safety, functionality, and repeatability of all processes involved in manufacturing. There will be a healthy balance of desk/shop floor work with the opportunity to attend specialized training as needed for your role. Problem solving and Project management skills are critical in this role.
