Design Drafter-Engineering

: Performs intermediate design work by producing B.O.M's (Bill of Materials) and drawings for non-standard trailer orders. This position requires close supervision from the Design Supervisor.

Inventor software operator. Complete the structure of B.O.M's (Bill of Materials) so that all parts and assemblies are located in the right manufacturing areas. Has some knowledge of ASME and DOT codes and understands that these codes govern construction and that variations of design must be reviewed by an Engineer.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Considerable knowledge of design/layout drafting. MRP (Material Requirement Planning) concepts. Working knowledge of the

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Two years vocational drafting OR equivalent experience with CAD experience (6 month minimum experience).
