Job Function:

A Manufacturing Engineer at Custom Products will utilize lean manufacturing principles, six-sigma problem solving strategies, and creative design solutions to improve and implement processes that drive continuous improvements throughout the entire facility. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a team that constantly works to improve safety, functionality, and repeatability of all process involved in manufacturing. You will see a healthy balance of desk/shop floor work with the opportunity to attend specialized trainings as needed for your role. Neither end of the salary range is a hard stop. Salary offer will be dependent on qualifications and experience. "Excellence is Expected"

Beneficial Experience:

Problem solving and Project management skills are critical in this role. Any experience with the following items are preferred: CAD (SolidWorks preferred) Welding (manual/robotic) Painting (powder coating/wet paint)

ROPS/FOPS

testing Knowledge of APQP processes Prior Manufacturing Engineering experience with any of the following processes: Tube laser, tube bender, sheet laser, brake press, sheet rolling
