Job Description
Custom Products is looking for a Design Engineer who will be instrumental in new product development. Design custom cabs, ROPS, and operator protective structures that meet customer specifications, safety requirements, and performance standards. Lead new product development projects from concept through production launch, including CAD design, prototyping, testing, and validation. Collaborate with customers, manufacturing, and quality teams to develop cost-effective, manufacturable products. Create and maintain engineering drawings, product documentation, and manage engineering change requests throughout the product lifecycle. Solve design and production challenges by applying engineering principles, continuous improvement, and Design for Manufacturability.
