Manufacturing Engineer II Location:
Little Canada, MN•100%
Onsite Pay Range:
$35/hr to $40/hr on W2
Mode:
12 Months Contract•7am to 3.30pm
Job Details:
Support and continuously improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures to meet daily production schedules while enhancing productivity and product quality. Proactively seek out improvements and solutions to quality and productivity issues. Support production by responding to line down issues and other manufacturing concerns raised by the manufacturing teams. Maintain and manage all production status and statistics information for the assigned product lines (production line owner). Utilize tools like DMAIC, A3, Gage R&R, Cp, Cpk, and SPC to improve processes. What's Needed? Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical, or related Engineering field. Experience with manufacturing process troubleshooting and equipment maintenance. Proficiency with manufacturing concepts such as Value Stream mapping, 5S, and Visual Workplace.
