Job Description

Our client, a leader in manufacturing operations, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting production and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be coachable and open to feedback, and be able to collaborate effectively across teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

$43 to 45/ hr What's the Job? Lead and take ownership of complex manufacturing engineering tasks that may involve multiple interrelated elements. Anticipate and identify key technical issues; develop recommendations and solutions even when no precedent exists. Apply creative thinking and introduce new methods or approaches to resolve problems. Evaluate and consider impacts on related systems, equipment, and processes when implementing changes. Collaborate with peers, technicians, and mentors through reviews of technical rationale, verification, and validation activities. What's Needed? Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related discipline). 0-5 years of experience in an engineering role, or equivalent advanced education. Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across teams. Demonstrated ability to lead tasks independently and drive results.
