Third Party Manufacturers Engineer (TPM Engineer) with medical device Confidential Plymouth, MN Job Details Contract From $40 an hour 22 hours ago Qualifications Cost management Schedule management Analysis skills Manufacturing Leadership Stakeholder management Full Job Description About the Role 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the medical device industry 3-5 years of experience working with and leading projects involving Third Party Manufacturers (TPMs) Ability to independently manage projects, including scope, cost, and schedule Experience working in regulated industries (FDA, ISO, ASTM, USP, etc.) and implementing improvements Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional, global teams on complex projects Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and data-driven analysis Good written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders and senior management Basic understanding of project management, risk management, financials, and medical device manufacturing technologies
