12 Months Contract Pay rate: $35/hr on W2 We are looking for a motivated and hands-on experience in Manufacturing Environment to join a growing medical manufacturing team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced production environments and enjoy driving continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain established production lines with minimal downtime
- Improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity
- Design, evaluate, and implement manufacturing equipment
- Support raw material and finished inventory management
- Drive continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations
- Train manufacturing technicians on equipment and processes
- Ensure compliance with FDA and ISO standards and documentation requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of manufacturing experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
