Role:

We are seeking a Principal PMO / Project Management Specialist to lead manufacturing technology programs focused on automation, machine vision, and computer vision platforms within a medical device environment. This role will drive cross-functional execution, project governance, risk management, and operational PMO activities across multiple concurrent initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional manufacturing technology programs
• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and execution
• Build and maintain detailed project plans using tools like Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
• Drive stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and portfolio visibility
• Coordinate engineering, operations, and clinical teams in a matrixed environment
• Support PMO process improvements and best practices Top Skills Required ?

Program / Project

Management (PMO Environment) ? Manufacturing Engineering & Technology Platforms ? Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management ? Risk Management & Executive Reporting ? Project Planning Tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps) Nice to Have

• Medical Device / Regulated Industry experience
• Automation, Machine Vision, or Computer Vision exposure
• PMP Certification
• Portfolio reporting & dashboard experience Experience Required
• 7+ years of manufacturing engineering project/program management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
