Operating out of a state-of-the-art facility in Minnesota, they combine advanced manufacturing with continuous improvement to deliver high-performance products in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. As we continue to grow, our facility is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, support production operations, and lead the implementation of new products to increase efficiency, quality, and overall manufacturing performance.What You Will Be DoingLead new product introduction and manufacturing projects from design through full implementationEvaluate and improve manufacturing processesDevelop and optimize production methods, including equipment layout and process designImplement continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical support across operationsWhat You Need for This PositionBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related fieldStrong manufacturing knowledge with Lean and process improvement experienceProven project management and ability to handle multiple prioritiesProficient in ERP systems, MS Office, and CAD softwareWhat's In It for YouFull benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k with matching) and more!
