Posted 06/2026 Job Description Job Summary The Electronic Systems Design and Analysis Engineer develops, analyzes, integrates, and tests electronic and electrical systems for aerospace and defense programs. This position supports system requirements development, architecture design, hardware and software integration, and verification activities across the full product lifecycle in accordance with customer and contractual requirements.   • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science
  • 5-9 years of relevant engineering experience
  • Applied knowledge of electronic and electrical system design or test activities based on requirements
  • Development, documentation, and maintenance of system requirements and technical specifications
  • Translation of requirements into system architectures and interface definitions
  • Execution of system integration, testing, and validation activities across the development lifecycle
  • Resolution of hardware and software integration issues throughout the product lifecycle
  • Support of supplier performance monitoring and system compliance verification activities
  • Background working within aerospace or defense engineering environments
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational capability with demonstrated teamwork skills
  • Must be able to relocate at own expense if not currently located in the St. Louis, MO region
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in design/build or test engineering teams
  • Experience developing or maintaining engineering processes and workflows
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, system design, and system architecture principles
  • Experience supporting aerospace programs such as aircraft, unmanned systems, or defense platforms Job Duties & Functions
  • Develop and maintain electronic and electrical system requirements in alignment with customer and contractual needs
  • Translate system requirements into architectures, hardware designs, software designs, and interface specifications
  • Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the product lifecycle
  • Develop statement of work and technical performance specifications for system components
  • Analyze system designs to ensure compliance with operational and functional requirements
  • Conduct system testing and validation activities to verify design performance
  • Resolve integration issues across hardware, software, and subsystem components
  • Investigate and evaluate emerging technologies for future product applications
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with system requirements
  • Support lifecycle problem resolution for fielded hardware and software systems
