Apply Design Engineer II Greenwood, MS • Engineering Apply Description As a Design Engineer II, you are responsible for the design, development, testing, and continuous improvement of luxury residential appliance products. This position works cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and product management teams to deliver innovative, reliable, and cost-effective solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for appliance products Create and maintain CAD models, drawings, and engineering documentation Develop product requirements and execute verification & validation test plans Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions Lead cross-functional collaboration to improve manufacturability, quality and cost Work with suppliers on component development and quality improvements Support regulatory, safety, and compliance requirements Manage engineering changes throughout the product lifecycle Requirements Education Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering degree Required Experience 3+ years of engineering experience. Appliance, consumer goods or manufacturing environment is a plus Experienced with project management techniques/tools and data analysis Experienced in 3D CAD/PLM systems. CATIA/SolidWorks knowledge preferred Preferred Qualifications & Technical Skills Familiarity with DFM/DFA Knowledge of
FMEA, DOE
