Position Description As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support the production of chillers for data centers in our fast-paced, growing plant. You will focus on improving manufacturing processes, troubleshooting production issues, and driving continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and quality. Key Responsibilities

Support daily production operations by troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues.

Develop and optimize assembly and fabrication processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design Engineering, Quality, and Production.

Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.

Participate in equipment installation, process validation, and new product introductions.

Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Other job duties as assigned.

Required Education & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.

1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment or strong co-op/internship experience.

Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement techniques.

Hands-on problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams. Why Choose Modine?
