Standard shift Job Summary Responsible for applying engineering processes, design criteria, and software applications to design and construct power related systems. Supports estimate preparation, develops design options, and prepares construction specifications. Provides guidance, oversight, and quality assurance reviews for approved contractors as they develop design solutions, cost estimates, and construction packages. Key Responsibilities Apply engineering processes, design standards, and software applications to support power-related system projects.

Prepare and update engineering drawings, specifications, and construction packages.

Perform field walkdowns and markups of mechanical drawings and P&IDs.

Update and maintain mechanical and engineering documentation using CAD tools.

Support estimate preparation and development of design options.

Coordinate with plant staff, engineering teams, contractors, and vendors.

Provide support to construction and maintenance teams during ongoing operations.

Assist with material estimation and project documentation.

Ensure all work activities follow company safety standards and procedures.

Participate in quality assurance reviews for contractor-developed design solutions and construction packages. Required Qualifications 0-5 years of related experience

Accredited bachelor's degree required

Minimum 2 years of required CAD experience

Required experience walking down, marking up, and updating mechanical drawings (P&IDs)

Introductory engineering knowledge

Ability to build effective relationships with plant staff, design engineering staff, and/or vendors
