Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our innovative manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize production processes, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Duties Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reductions Develop, implement, and validate new manufacturing methods and process improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and maintenance to troubleshoot process issues Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions Create detailed documentation for process procedures, work instructions, and control plans Lead process validation activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time, yield, and defect rates to drive ongoing enhancements Experience Proven experience in manufacturing process development or improvement within a high-volume production environment Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools Familiarity with manufacturing automation systems, CAD/CAM software, and data analysis tools Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and implement effective solutions Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and present technical information clearly Join us as a Manufacturing Process Engineer and be part of a passionate team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of manufacturing innovation. $71,184.51 - $95,000.00 per year
