Job Description:
Senior Manufacturing Engineer

  • This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an engineering professional with strong experience in medical device manufacturing, injection molding, and high-throughput automated production environments.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, operational leadership, process optimization, and continuous improvement experience within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the Manufacturing Engineering team
  • Drive manufacturing process improvements, OPEX initiatives, and workflow optimization
  • Support injection molding and automated assembly manufacturing operations
  • Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions
  • Lead DOE, validation, and change control activities
  • Support installation and startup of new production systems
  • Coordinate resolution of production quality deviations and customer claims
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and improve manufacturing processes, documentation, and team capabilities
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams
What We're Looking For:
? Bachelor's Degree in Engineering ? 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience ? Medical device, FDA-regulated, or highly regulated manufacturing experience strongly preferred ? Hands-on experience with injection molding and/or automated assembly systems ? Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills ? Experience with validation, DOE, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives ? Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and automated systems ?
