What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers (Level I/II) and Technicians Set priorities, assign work, and conduct performance reviews to build a high-performing team Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Design, optimize, and scale manufacturing processes and workflows Support new equipment installation, validation, and production startup activities Manage change control processes and ensure proper documentation and compliance Coordinate production issue resolution to minimize downtime and delays Lead Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence (OPEX) initiatives Partner across teams to support product quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction Drive equipment transfers and process improvements, including international projects Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to bring innovative solutions forward What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field) 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a regulated or high-quality environment Strong experience with injection molding (medical device, plastics, or food-grade manufacturing) Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop teams Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, including automation and high-volume production Working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical systems, and process controls Experience leading Lean Six Sigma / continuous improvement initiatives Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of driving measurable results Experience managing projects, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills What Sets You Apart Background in medical device manufacturing or similarly regulated industries Experience supporting equipment transfers (including international) Proven success improving manufacturing performance at scale Stable work history demonstrating growth and impact over time What You Can Expect Clear growth path into senior leadership roles Opportunities to lead high-visibility projects and initiatives A collaborative environment where your ideas drive real change Competitive compensation, relocation support, and sponsorship options f you meet the above qualifications and would like to apply for this position, you may email your up-to-date, professional CV/resume to Tim Dameron @ timothy.dameron@adeccona.com.
