Inc. Implementation of optimization projects in close cooperation with the respective department heads. Establishing a 5S culture throughout the whole organization and defining 5S leaders in each department. Analyze production data, workflows, and processes to detect inefficiencies, waste, or bottlenecks. Lead Kaizen events and 5S initiatives. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to streamline operations. Use tools like Value Stream Mapping (VSM), root cause analysis, and time studies. Reduce manufacturing costs through cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, and improved equipment uptime. Monitor and report on cost savings from CI initiatives. Create or revise SOPs to reflect improved processes and ensure consistency in production practices. Analyze trends to determine success of improvement initiatives. Work closely with engineering, quality, maintenance, and operations to drive end-to-end improvements. Other duties as assigned Bachelor's degree (Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology or equivalent) or equivalent experience required Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma preferred. Exposure to quality control, production efficiency, or operational excellence projects. Experience with 5S, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Value Stream Mapping (VSM), & PDCA / DMAIC methodologies. Demonstrated success in leading or participating in continuous improvement projects. Proven results in reducing waste, improving cycle time, or increasing productivity. Experience in the field of process optimization or lean Consulting Experience working with ERP/MRP systems. Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically/internaltionally as needed.
