Duties Well developed analytical and problem-solving skills Process Engineering Change Orders including structures, routings, tooling requirement and CNC programs Participate in part planning/flow Design workspace layouts Identify benefit/cost analysis Investigate problems for a root cause Implement new tooling and equipment Assist quality with root cause analysis and countermeasure implementation Preform Safety initiatives and projects Support prototype engineering builds and manufacturing releases Implement 5S throughout the shop Assist with installation and repairs of equipment Support prototype engineering builds and manufacturing releases Continuous improvement of manufacturing process Required Qualifications B.S. in Agricultural, Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering. Ability to use Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT, OneDrive) 3D Modeling Software Experience (Creo, Solidworks, Autocad) Strong mechanical aptitude Knowledge in manufacturing equipment and processes Familiar with material planning and BOM Ability to work independently on a project with minimal input or supervision Work on multiple projects simultaneously Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Farm/Heavy Equipment/Automotive Experience Mechanical/Hands on Skill Set Proficiency in
