What you need:
  • Current student at an accredited college or university in a civil, environmental, or construction engineering program.
  • Ability to work with a team of unique personalities and professional styles.
  • Ability to perform self-motivated work, as well as collaborate and contribute to a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
You bring to the team:
  • Pursuing a degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with a minimum of 3.0 GPA.
  • Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures.
  • Perform assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for public works projects.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
