We are seeking a Test Engineer to lead advanced debug and validation efforts for Intel-based server motherboards. This highly technical role calls for a seasoned engineer with deep expertise in hardware-level diagnostics, as well as the vision to drive process improvement and test strategy innovation across teams.Key Responsibilities:
Lead root-cause analysis and complex debug activities on Intel server motherboard platforms. Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and validation scripts. Collaborate with design, BIOS, firmware, and manufacturing teams to resolve product issues and improve first-pass yields. Identify opportunities to enhance test efficiency and reliability through automation, tool development, or workflow optimization. Mentor junior engineers and set quality standards in test methodology and execution.Required Qualifications:
BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in hardware validation, system-level debug, or similar roles. Strong expertise in Intel architecture, server platform features, and debug tools (e.g., ITP, JTAG, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes). Proven experience in developing and implementing robust validation plans. Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Perl, etc.) for automation. Experience with manufacturing test flows or high-volume production environments. Knowledge of quality systems, reliability analysis, or Six Sigma processes. Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
