Manufacturing Engineer

Manufacturing Engineer Our client needs a skilled Manufacturing Engineer for their team! This full-time, direct-hire role offers comprehensive benefits and a very collaborative environment. Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer Define and develop manufacturing processes to produce complex assemblies Create manufacturing documentation Establish control plans for critical features and special processes Define inspection requirements to ensure compliance with customer requirements Champion process development and improvement to quality and efficiency Determine and eliminate root cause of quality defects Develop tools, fixtures, and test equipment Create quote details Support legacy product and new product introductions Work cross-functionally to accomplish shared goals Qualifications of the Manufacturing Engineer 3+ years of experience developing manufacturing processes for machining, welding, and/or electromechanical assembly Experience with manufacturing processes to include CNC machining, welding, inspection, and assembly Understanding of GD&T and experience interpreting detailed engineering drawings Experience with project management responsibilities 3+ years of experience in a defense/aerospace-related job shop environment is preferred BS in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering discipline or 3+ years of equivalent on-the-job training and experience Proficiency in MS Office Products and SolidWorks Excellent human interaction skills Ability to obtain security clearance a plus We look forward to connecting with you about this Manufacturing Engineer opportunity!
