Job Description

About the Role As a Quality Assurance Test Engineer, you will drive the reliability and performance of our production systems by designing robust testing frameworks and optimizing manufacturing workflows. You will play a critical role in ensuring product excellence by bridging the gap between technical test development and seamless manufacturing integration. Responsibilities Lead the transition of new test platforms into full-scale production to ensure operational readiness. Develop and refine advanced test methodologies for components, assemblies, and finished products to maximize throughput. Drive cost-reduction initiatives and establish labor standards to enhance departmental efficiency. Standardize test equipment across the facility to ensure consistent quality and data integrity. Perform root-cause analysis on production test failures to minimize downtime and improve yield. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to implement scalable testing solutions. Maintain a high standard of safety and technical compliance within the testing environment. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. 3-5 years of experience in test engineering within an electronic assembly or OEM environment. Proficiency in equipment troubleshooting and complex problem-solving. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation. Preferred Skills Active
IPC-A-610
certification. Direct experience working within AS9100 quality management systems. Proven ability to lead technical projects with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
