Job Description

Experienced Manufacturing Engineer Will-Mor Manufacturing, LLC 153 Batchelder Road, Seabrook, NH 03874 Full-time Full-time Will-Mor Manufacturing is an AS9100-approved manufacturing organization in Southern NH specializing in complex machining and fabrication for the Defense and Aerospace industries. We are currently searching for a Junior Manufacturing Engineer to join our engineering team. This role will be the interface between engineering and production. Not accepting applications from staffing agencies or third-party recruiters. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. Troubleshooting and improving manufacturing processes, including but not limited to improving process documentation, cycle time reduction, setup reduction, tool life, and fixtures and gauges. Determine MRB disposition and create rework instructions and corrective actions as needed. Work with Outside Vendors to monitor and improve performance. Create and implement continuous improvement projects, including 5S and lean projects. Proactive implementation of corrective and preventative actions with documented closure. Other duties as assigned. Skills & Experience Ability to use CAM, solid modeling, and 2d drafting software. Experience with Siemens NX software is preferred but not required. Knowledge of CNC machining, programming, cutting tools, and machine setup. Ability to read manufacturing drawings and understand GD&T. Knowledge of welding, brazing, heat treating, and plating is a plus. Successful candidates would have a BS in mechanical or manufacturing engineering. Willing to offer on-the-job training.
