Leads and deploys best practices in the manufacturing process by supporting continuous improvement in various manufacturing processes by reducing the tooling costs and improving the flow of material and setting up cycle times.

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive operational performance and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities:
Analyze plant performance metrics, including OEE, yield, capacity, and losses, to identify improvement opportunities and key performance gaps Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing throughput, productivity, and material utilization Apply Lean manufacturing tools and methodologies to improve processes, eliminate recurring issues, and sustain operational improvements Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to prioritize high-impact projects and drive execution on the plant floor
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field 5+ years of manufacturing experience in Continuous Improvement or related field Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm Excel and Power BI knowledge
