Salary:

$80,000 - $100,000 per year Job Summary Brian Trematore Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is seeking a skilled Plumbing Engineer to support our growing workload of large commercial and residential mechanical projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of plumbing systems, experience working on large-scale projects, and the ability to create and maintain accurate construction and as-built drawings. This position plays a critical role in supporting field operations, coordinating project documentation, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

Project Management & Coordination Assist in the planning, execution, and oversight of plumbing projects from project award through completion. Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and budgets. Track project milestones, deliverables, and project documentation. Attend project meetings and communicate project updates to management and field personnel. Assist with procurement and material tracking. Drafting & As-Built Documentation Create, revise, and maintain plumbing drawings, schematics, and coordination layouts. Develop accurate as-built drawings reflecting field-installed conditions. Coordinate with field personnel to verify measurements and installation details. Maintain drawing revisions and document control throughout the project lifecycle. Technical & Administrative Support Provide plumbing-related technical support to project teams. Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and close-out documentation. Maintain organized project files, drawings, specifications, and correspondence. Support field staff with troubleshooting and coordination efforts. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in Plumbing Construction, Project Management, Drafting, Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of commercial and residential plumbing systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Proficiency in Revit. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Valid Driver's License. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Experience with mechanical coordination and BIM workflows. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
