This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to work with advanced automation technologies in a collaborative, safety-focused environment. Job Duties & Responsibilities Design, program, troubleshoot, and optimize Allen-Bradley PLCs, FactoryTalk HMI/SCADA, and automated control systems supporting high-speed manufacturing operations. Lead engineering and automation projects from planning through implementation, including budgeting, commissioning, vendor coordination, and documentation. Partner with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment reliability through troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and root cause analysis. Support continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging production data, SQL reporting, and system integration while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. 5+ years of plant engineering, automation, or manufacturing engineering experience in an industrial environment. Experience programming Allen-Bradley PLCs using RSLogix 5000/Studio 5000 and supporting Rockwell FactoryTalk
