Job Description:

Essential Functions Support continuous improvement of products and processes using appropriate Lean and problem-solving techniques. Actively participate in the analysis of product defects/customer returns. Study and record time, motion, methods, and speed to improve efficiency and output. Conduct root cause investigations and implementation of corrective actions. Write assembly instructions for production lines. Assist operations engineers with key initiatives and priority improvement projects. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum two (2) years into Mechanical, Industrial, or Packaging Engineering curriculum. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Good written and verbal communication skills. Experience with any CAD software (SolidWorks a plus) Computer programming skills a plus This internship is an onsite role based in
