The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing innovative design solutions, utilizing advanced CAD software, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle a busy workload, and a strong foundation in design engineering principles. Urgent hiring, so immediate availability is preferred. Duties Develop detailed product designs using CAD software, including Cabinet Vision, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into functional design solutions. Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Review and modify designs based on feedback, testing results, and evolving project needs. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure clarity of project scope and progress. Assist in troubleshooting design issues and proposing innovative solutions to improve product functionality and manufacturability. Maintain organized documentation of design processes, revisions, and project files for easy reference. Requirements Proven experience with CAD software is essential; must have hands-on experience with Cabinet Vision. Strong background in design engineering principles and practices. Ability to manage a busy workload efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear interaction within the team and with external stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency. Must be proactive, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. Prior experience in design engineering or related fields is preferred.
