Job Description Job OverviewThe Fiber Design Review Engineer reviews, validates, and approves fiber network designs to ensure they meet engineering standards, quality requirements, and construction readiness prior to deployment.

Day-to-DayReview and approve HLDs and LLDsPerform QA/QC reviews and provide redlinesValidate routing, splice plans, fiber counts, and network architecturePartner with construction, permitting, and project teams to resolve design issuesServe as the fiber engineering SME during design reviews and escalationsDrive improvements to design quality and engineering standards Skills and Requirements 5+ years of OSP Fiber Engineering, Fiber Design, or Network Engineering experience.

Experience reviewing and approving HLDs and LLDsStrong understanding of

FTTH/FTTX

architecture, OSP construction, and engineering standardsExperience performing QA/QC reviews and redlining fiber designsAbility to identify design deficiencies and provide technical guidanceExperience working with engineering vendors and field teamsField experience validating constructability

FTTH/FTTX
