- Maintain an understanding of PSM elements to ensure projects and operations align with safety regulations and compliance standards.

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Background in manufacturing processes and the use of methodologies to optimize production systems.
- Familiarity with PSM regulations and elements
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to address operational needs and improvement goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement effective changes.
- Experience leading improvement projects and mentoring junior engineers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
