Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer d evelop, implement and maintain manufacturing processes required to meet business needs for existing and new products. Utilize and support individual, team and quality/process improvement efforts to assure manufacturing processes meet requirements for process capability, safety, customer service and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, improve, maintain, and implement manufacturing processes based on input from manufacturing leadership, maintenance activities, operators, and direct observation.
Education:
¨NBSP;- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing or Electrical Engineering is required
Experience:
- 4 plus years of experience in a manufacturing engineering capacity Metal fabrication experience is preferred
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written are required Requires strong organizational and time management skills, close attention to detail and be able to effectively handle multiple priorities Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, organize and accomplish a diversified workload Strong computer skills, proficient with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software, e-mail and meeting management software.
