Manufacturing Project Engineer

job summary: We are searching for a Manufacturing or Project Engineer in Horseheads, NY to work for an industry leading manufacturing company. This is a contract position expected to last eight months and could be longer.

Horseheads, New York job type: Contract salary: $30 - 40 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Support the execution of capital projects, including scope development, layout reviews, and implementation activities.

Develop, review, and update drawings using AutoCAD to support project planning and execution.

Assist with coordination across disciplines related to plant infrastructure systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP).Participate in site walks, equipment layouts, and installation planning.

Support documentation, tracking, and reporting of capital project progress.

Collaborate with maintenance, operations, contractors, and engineering resources to ensure projects are executed safely and efficiently.
