Main Responsibilities as ME n Identify, assess, and develop advanced manufacturing technologies in areas such as industrial automation, robotics, machine vision, digital manufacturing, additive manufacturing, and data analytics n Lead Technology Readiness Level, assessments and managing technologies from initial concept and proof of concept through pilot validation and industrial deployment, ensuring that solutions are technically robust and suitable for production application. n Lead automation projects and new machinery from requirement definition and concept development through technical specification, supplier selection, validation, installation, and production stabilization, with a clear focus on safety, quality, productivity, and operational reliability n Develop and implement digital manufacturing solutions that improve process visibility, data accuracy, traceability, equipment utilization, and data-driven decision-making across machining and assembly operations n Deliver measurable improvements in manufacturing performance by reducing cycle time, operational waste, manual handling, process variation, and manufacturing cost, while improving OEE, labor productivity, quality, and equipment utilization. n Develop and maintain a multi-year advanced manufacturing technology aligned with business priorities, product strategy, manufacturing challenges, and the long-term process development of PCCA as a model factory n Work closely with NPI ME, Operations ME, Production, Quality, EHS, IT, Procurement, and Product Development teams, as well as equipment suppliers, and technology partners to develop and implement effective manufacturing solutions. Establish engineering standards, technical specifications, validation criteria, lessons learned, and best practices for advanced manufacturing technologies, and support their replication across relevant processes and manufacturing sites. Provide technical guidance and coaching to engineers to enhance internal manufacturing technology capabilities. Diverse by nature and inclusive by choice
