Identify a risky issue and collect available data and connect them to a known solution or provide a new solution. Has responsible for optimization of production lines and manufacturing processes with improvement activities. Apply knowledge of the manufacturing field, application, expertise, and technology in order to achieve zero defects. Acquire communication and interaction skills to reach agreement through negotiation from diverse interests or others in related departments, to drive key performance results and manage conflict in a constructive way. Develop new product as a continuous improvement of manufacturing process and flexibly control plan to satisfy customer. Efficiently utilize time, resources, and budget to fulfill the result.
