In this role, you'll support production operations, improve manufacturing processes, and work closely with engineering, quality, and operations teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing engineering within a hands-on production environment.
- Create and maintain manufacturing work instructions
- Support line balancing and process improvement initiatives
- Manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing routings
- Assist with configuration management and engineering changes
- Work within ERP systems, including SAP
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams
- Ensure compliance with quality and EHS standards What we expect from you Associate's Degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field 2+ years of manufacturing or engineering experience (professional or educational) 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience, including Excel Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment What you can expect from us In addition to the advantages of working in an entrepreneurial and fast-growing environment, you'll be supported by a well-established international organization.
