Compensation The expected pay range for this position is $76,865-$102,487 annually , depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Stark Tech reasonably expects to pay within this range at the time of hire. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions. Work Experience Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or equivalent experience. A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing engineering experience. 4 years preferred. Knowledge of welding and manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Proficiency in CAD and other relevant software tools. Strong communication and customer service skills required. Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required. Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
