3-5 years At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. ​ Job Overview Implements manufacturing techniques, processes, tools, and machinery to maximize throughput; performs research on products and manufacturing processes and shares the same with senior engineers. Job Requirements Participating in the adoption of new technologies and processes to increase efficiency; consulting on and overseeing the selection and implementation of automation and robotics on the assembly line. Resolving complex issues on design, manufacturability and build sequences; ensures production environment standards are met. Designing and implementing processes for manufacturing equipment selection; identifying optimal tools for machines. Establishing control charting of complex features and processes; monitoring results and determining machine capabilities, process capabilities, and performance reliability. What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level

COMPENSATION
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $124,700 - $187,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
