As a Manufacturing Process Engineer Associate, you help optimize food production systems by supporting process design, improvement, and troubleshooting. Working on-site in a plant environment, you follow established engineering standards, gather and analyze data using tools like SAP and Excel, and assist in testing products to help maintain safety, quality, and efficiency. You handle routine tasks with guidance while learning how large-scale food manufacturing operates end to end. Responsibilities Assist in designing and improving manufacturing processes to support safety, quality, and efficiency. Collect and analyze production data using SAP, Excel, or similar tools under supervision. Follow established engineering procedures to troubleshoot and resolve basic process issues. Participate in testing and validating products and process changes to maintain quality standards. Document process observations, test results, and improvement recommendations clearly and accurately.
