Job Description

Product Engineer Fort Recovery, OH 45846 The customer designs it. You decide if it can be built here — then you own it all the way into production. We're looking for a Product Engineer who wants to own the handoff from customer design to production. You'll be the person who makes sure new products and components land cleanly in manufacturing, stay accurate in an ISO environment, and keep getting better after they launch. What you'll do Lead new product and component introductions so they move from concept into real production without surprises Own product information for both new and existing items — keep specs current, complete, and usable Write and maintain specifications for raw materials and purchased components Keep work aligned with ISO standards Work side-by-side with manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and other teams so launches succeed Spot and implement process improvements that raise quality and efficiency Be the technical resource manufacturing teams can count on when questions come up What you bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Experience in product engineering or a similar manufacturing role (preferred) Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and ISO requirements Clear communication and practical problem-solving Comfort working across teams Strong attention to detail and organization This role sits at the center of how we bring products to life.
